Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any medical conditions including pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, sun exposure, disabilities, or illnesses. Talking with your technician will help customize your service to ensure your maximum safety and benefit.

We recommend that you schedule your next service before leaving the spa. The same area on the body can not be treated more than once every 6 weeks. The same area on the face cannot be treated more than once every four weeks. A reservation fee of $50 for clients who have not brought prepaid packages is REQUIRED. Consultations also require a $50 deposit that will, in turn, go toward the treatment.
Clients under 18 years old must present written permission from their parent or guardian prior to their first spa service. Clients under 15 years old must have a parent or guardian present at all times.
Gratuities are not included in your total purchase amount. It is common practice to tip 15%–20% of the original service price (for packages, this would be the single session amount). Please feel free to extend a gratuity as a result of your spa experience, they are greatly appreciated. We request that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This is to ensure we have all information and your experience and our technicians do not feel rushed. When booking services at Erase, your appointment is scheduled with a technician whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:
1. You may opt to shorten your treatment
2. You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time, however, a cancellation charge will be incurred.
We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. You will be emailed before to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
Products & Services are non refundable. All services and gift cards purchased will expire 1 year after the date of purchase.
