PRE LASER CARE

NO antibiotics two weeks before and after treatment, NO sun exposure including tanning beds, spray tans, and tanning lotions two weeks before and after treatment, NO waxing, threading, or tweezing two weeks before treatment, All areas being treated MUST be shaved the night before treatment.

SAFETY

Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any medical conditions including pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, sun exposure, disabilities, or illnesses. Talking with your technician will help customize your service to ensure your maximum safety and benefit.

SCHEDULING

We recommend that you schedule your next service before leaving the spa. The same area on the body can not be treated more than once every 6 weeks. The same area on the face cannot be treated more than once every four weeks. A reservation fee of $50 for clients who have not brought prepaid packages is REQUIRED. Consultations also require a $50 deposit that will, in turn, go toward the treatment.

TEENS

Clients under 18 years old must present written permission from their parent or guardian prior to their first spa service. Clients under 15 years old must have a parent or guardian present at all times.

TIPPING

Gratuities are not included in your total purchase amount. It is common practice to tip 15%–20% of the original service price (for packages, this would be the single session amount). Please feel free to extend a gratuity as a result of your spa experience, they are greatly appreciated. Gratuities are accepted in the form of cash, Venmo, or Cash App. You can tip through our website here..

PUNCTUALITY

We request that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This is to ensure we have all information and your experience and our technicians do not feel rushed. When booking services at Erase, your appointment is scheduled with a technician whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:

1. You may opt to shorten your treatment

2. You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time, however, a cancellation charge will be incurred.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. You will be emailed before to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

REFUNDS

Products & Services are non refundable. All services purchased will expire 1 year after first session is redeemed. Gift cards expire one year after purchase.

In person, over the phone, or during your online visit, you may be required to share personally identifiable information, such as your first and last name, physical address, telephone number, or e-mail address. Erase Spa collects this information in order to facilitate the delivery of services and/or the completion of an order.
